Check the level of your drain hose underneath the sink between the dish washer cabinet and sink cabinet connect to the dispose position, sometimes if the middle part lower than the dispose will cause the back up problem, should be a little higher.

What is F78 fault?

It could simply be that the pipes under the sink where the dishwasher drain pipe fits are blocked with muck. This can prevent the one way valve connecting the drain hose to the household waste from fully opening thus preventing the machine complete its drain cycle. Solution is to thoroughly clean the sink drain pipes - plunger, power plunger and then a dose of chemical cleaner.

I have a golden 3 wheel scooter dose charger

If the charger is working correctly, it should turn itself off automatically (may go into float chrarge depending on type of charger). There should be an LED or an amp meter on the charger to tell you when the charge is complete. When the batteries are charged, you should be able to leave the charger switched on and it should cause no harm UNLESS the charger is faulty, in which case it will continue charging and damage the batteries. You should be able to tell if this is happening as the batteries will become very warm. If the batteries are losing their charge after you have switched the charger off, it is most likely that your batteries need replacing. Failing that, you may have a short somewhere which unfortunately, could be difficult to find.

The water dose not stop running washer dose not drain. dose not aggitate

You could have an issue with your pressure switch. If it does not see a high level of water, it wont switch off the supply. Suggest you inspect the pressure switch plastic tube for holes or a leak.

MACHINE WILL NOT DRAIN COMPLETELY THEREFORE IT SMELLS

No washing machine drains completely , there is always residual water in the hoses and heater sump

If the machine smells do a couple of hot washes with no clothes in but add a good dose of soda crystals dissolved in hot water.

Pour this mix into the drum before you start the wash

Try going back to old fashioned soap powders for a few washes , these contain some bleach and soda which kill of the fats left inside your machine by the normal 40 & 60 degree washes

Kenmore stack washer and dryer

gabehart....sounds like belt is slipping. Replace it. The water pump is on a separate smaller motor so is not affected by the agitator/spin motor.
