We bought two motorola razr v3's off the internet and they don't have SIM cards. They both blink insert SIM card and emergency calls only. Where do I buy SIM cards?

Check for your SIM card if it got misplaced.

Do you mean where is a SIM card?
If you have a Motorola V3 razr you will remove the battery door, There you will find the battery and just beneath it off centered to the right, you will find the SIM card. The battery needs to be removed in order to safely remove or insert the SIM card.

change the sim seat of that phone

Go to your settings, choose Initial Setup, choose Language and hope English is one of the options you can choose. My Razr is old so hopefully the options are still the same.

Sounds like the provider (AT&T, Verizon, etc) has that particular SIM card (and thus account) suspended or otherwise disabled. Call them up or stop in and find out why that would be.

Your phone is not recognizing your sim.Any sell phone that is charged can be used for emergency calls.

well it can not if the sim is not being read by the phone , the board needs to be checked or replaced

sim is the card you were given to work your phone and make calls.
Well it sounds like you need to put your simcard in the phone and it will be working.
