Does your model have an adjustable thermostat; perhaps the setting knob was removed and incorrectly replaced. If it is not this simple you will likely need to find your local customer service centre.

Hello. Use an ordinary extension cord and plug it into the back of the light and into the wall. Charge it for 20-30 hours, but not more than 30 hours. Here is the downloadable manual for future reference

Wal-mart used to carry it, but you can also order from Black & Decker online. If you want to save a few bucks go to home depot and get some similar filter material and make your own. I have done that before.
