the pump is either broken or there is a block in the drain line sadly with these ne high tech units they can break down within weeks ive seen 3000 dollar washers and fridges writen off as quality test are very weak

take the kick panel off and reach up the right side where the door lock is. there is a release pull down that releases the door.

I need you to look under the washer door for the model number of the unit. it will be on a white sticker.

was this model sold in india? Please ask your friend if you are unsure. I have tried to find a manual in all the other whirlpool sites worldwide also, and every other place i could think of with no luck.
