Its stuck on a update when i shut it down and i turn it on its still on tht update and doesnt let me do anything

hold down power button for 10 seconds should turn off
sometimes it will mess your computer up turning it off while doing updates

leave it alone, it will install several hundred more updates over the next day or two...it should shut itself offf afterwards

you have to take off the back and take out the battery and once you put it back in and turn it on it should work again

That long beep means a memory card failure and you have to check/replace tht memory card, upgrade the memory card when your about to replace it.

This solution may sound stupid, but it is affective. Try to press really long time (about 1-2 minutes) on the power button of the laptop. wait for it to shut down completely. Then turn it on to see what happens.

What may have caused this is an update of any sort.

i think i have a different version of zen but hopefully it'll work for you. i held down the power button and pokes the reset button with a pen tip for about 5 seconds and it finially turnned off! i've had alot of problems with the zen and it sorta happens alot and most times you need to do different things but the same problem usually doesnt come bk. good luck

right click on my computer > properties > hardware > device manager > uninstall the secondary channel > under ide / atapi > restart the system and try again with the installation and in case that doesnt work you can try and update the firmware of the drive and try again and tht doesnt work replace the drive

Do a reinstall of the complete program, these boxes are known to be buggy because facebook doesnt have the best developers. Also try updating drivers, windows updates, and .Net framework is also a good idea. Also if i can clarify the box doesnt show anything, only when you are actively moving the windows you can see a glimpse of what is supposed to be there?
