Did you turn the radio on first. It must be powered up with the throttle stick at minimum. Turn power on and then move stick to maximum and back to minimum. The remote lite should stop flashing and then power on helicopter.

When the controller flashes, it means that it has not paired up the signal with the helicopter. Move the accelerator control (left stick) up and down quickly several times. The rotors should start to turn signalling that they are paired. Max out the stick forward and back quickly.

All mostly correct, but not completely. To operate the UJ once both the copter and remote are activated, move the throttle stick(left) to maximum, then back to minimum, return to maximum and wait there for about 1.5 seconds for the helicopter to activate. Be on the ball if you're indoors, as you'll be immediately headed for the ceiling at a high rate of speed. I like to launch out of my hand for this reason. The copter will activate on the first throw of the throttle from there on out until deactivation. Next use you'll have to repeat this process on the first flight. Also, keep an eye on the trim(wheel at bottom right of remote). When trim is properly adjusted you'll notice an increase in power and flight time.

Helicopter charger and batteries in remote ok, chopper won't fly

Is the "flight light" blinking on the copter? If you connect the USB cable to the copter will it power up? Have you tried different batteries in the remote? Check the pins in the charging port on the copter, Otherwise there's not a lot that can be done with these little RCs.

How do you turn on an HAK 311

On the copter right above the charging hole, there is a little switch. Left is off, right is on.

My copter has the problem that the remote doesn't work, turning it on does nothing, and connecting it to the copter only makes the light on the remote flash red.

HAK 31 is a piece of junk.

Remote will not control the helicopter

did you charge the helicopter.... you need to put the charging cable in to the copter. and charge up can use a usb power plug. when charged the light on the usb cable should light up or flash. also if you take the plastic cover off the front there is a battery in there and a board check to see what number its set on. it takes around 5 seconds for the remote to recognise the unit.

Stunt copter won't sync

I presume you have lights & sound on the controller when you turn it on - fourteen quick beeps and then a different toned fifteenth beep. The screen lights (blue). Insert the battery (lettering facing up toward the helo fuselage unitl it's seated all the way - an LED inside the fuselage, visible from behind, quick flashes and then begins a slower blinking.

Once the helo battery is inserted, turn on the controller, which starts the aforementioned beeping. On the last controller beep the helo's LED will stay lighted, indicating the helo & controller are synched.

I had a problem making sure the battery was inserted all the way into the helicopter. You'll know it's inserted properly when the LED inside the helo flashes.

Hi,
You bought a defective mini copter, the internal micro relay is malfunctioning and I hope you could bring it back where you bought it. Replace it with a new one and let them try to test flight it before you go home.

Hope that helps you out.

I have 3 s107 and I it says 3 channel on the box and the transmitter says A B C but will only let me select 2 of them. What's the trick on flying 3 at the same time?

Mine's exactly the same as yours. Although the transmitter shows A B C the switch has only two positions, so there's a choice of two only. I doubt it's possible to fly 3 at the same time.
