The mind flex headset sensors will not calibrate no matter how we move it or place it and we just took it out of the box. We tried the troubleshooting in the manual and still no change.

Is the truck a E85 flex fuel vehicle? Not wanting to start sometimes until you give it wide open throttle means it's getting too much fuel, wide open throttle cuts fuel injectors fuel delivery.
Clear Flood Mode
If the engine floods, clear the engine by pressing the accelerator pedal down to the floor and then crank the engine. When the TP sensor is at wide open throttle (WOT), the ECM reduces the fuel injector pulse width in order to increase the air to fuel ratio. The ECM holds this injector rate as long as the throttle stays wide open, and the engine speed is below a predetermined RPM. If the throttle is not held wide open, the ECM returns to the starting mode.

Do you have a scan tool that can look at live data, fuel trims? Is the ECM adding fuel or taking fuel away. Mass air flow sensor data etc... Flex fuel calibrations may need to be reset .

I would change the batteries, and/ore move it to a different room. Possible there is some RF(Radio Frequency) interference.

Hi, If your touch screen is not working, there's just 2 major causes of such, either a hardware cause which might be either the phone falling on a hard object or in water which could damage the sensor board and either the screen is malfunctioning and needs to be calibrated.
If you can access the menu of the phone, i will advice you calibrate the screen first before you send it to a repair shop. There is no updates to download for such problem as updating the firmware of the phone would do nothing but change the settings of the phone.
To calibrate the screen, you will have to go to the phones menu, go to settings, then you select the calibrate screen, it will show you some stars to touch and once you touch them properly, then your screen will be able to work effectively.
But if you cannot access the menu because of the touch, then i will advice you send it off for repairs, and what to repair on the phone is the sensor board.

Flex of the phone can also affect the function of the touch screen.

The flex of the phone is located inside the phone, it controls the functions of the screen an also the keypads of the phone.

The flex is a thread like object that is located inside the phone. To see the flex, you will need to disassemble the phone to get to the flex of the phone.

After replacing the phone flex, your done.

You can get a replacement flex from any of the phone repair stores around you.

I have been trying since Dec. 23, 2010 to calibrate this board; this is my son's... got it for him for his 8th birthday........... finally! tonight! i GOT it, after trying the batteries, moved furniture and got out the measuring tape, the repositioning of the wii, dongle, and sensor bar, directv box off, lights off, and left for hrs... nothing worked UNTIL i did all of the above AND placed a light colored sheet under the board, completely laid out, covering the dark maroon carpeting AND it worked the FIRST TIME.... after numerous attempts in the past 15 days. my son is gonna be THRILLED when he wakes up tomorrow.....

Hope you found a resolution to your issue by now, but if not, there was a firmware update meant to address calibration issues. You can also do an empty calibration where you remove the media and hold the feed button until the platen roller turns, then load the media and do the quick calibration where you press and hold the feed button. I have also found that moving the media sensor towards the center of the media sometimes helps. You can also try moving the media sensor, do the Empty Calibration, then the Quick Calibration, tehn move the sensor back and do both calibrations again.

wrong place to post problem but ... solved issue. Flex cable was torn slightly through at bend on keyboard side of hinge causing break in the circuit trace. Replacing the flex cable should solve this, Next time I will do that first instead of replacing lcd !

It sounds like the "flex" surrounding your SUB has not been flexed properly. When it comes to SUBS, if you can't fix it in the 1st hr. Its better to replace em.

Try pushing on your SUB repeatedly for about 3-5mins. Working the "flex" on it. If there still is not give in it, time to replace.
