My nokia 6300 mobile is showing charger not supported when connected to any nokia charger, also im using original nokia charger but its not working?

Here are the things you can do to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Try to plug the charger to other Nokia phone. If it gives you the same error it means the charger is faulty.2. Check if you are using an original Nokia charger. Fake chargers can cause compatibility issues.3. If the charger is not faulty, you may do a factory reset. It's a possibility that the firmware got locked up which causes viruses to appear. Doing factory reset resolves this problem. 4. Update your phone's firmware if bugs are present. Download Nokia's Software Updater in your computer and run it to your phone by connecting it to the computer. You may reinstall the firmware back on your phone if no software is available.5. Bring phone to a repair shop if none of the above steps work. It's likely a short circuit issue.

Hi! There some is a problem with the charger connection port, so you could always replace that. I had the same problem i got the phone charger port replaced, this saved me money on not getting any chargers.

When your phone shows charging not supported. First, you need to try a another battery on the phone, if it says the same thing, then try to use another charger, and if it shows the same thing, then you need to fix the charging port of the phone.

Before you do that, test, your battery and charger on another phone to see what happens, if they both work fine, then you need to fix the charging port of the phone.

firstly you have to repair your mobile charger place.
if your problem remain then you have to remove your battery from mobile and charged battery with universal charger.

If your phone was bought in the last 6 months you can go to nokia care center and demand for a new battery for free provided you have the warranty card.

Did u try another charger of the same mobile company,if yes ,and it works ,the problem is with your charger.You can either buy a new charger or get an all battery charger ,a china piece that recharges all batteries of any mobile company.You can get it below 2$ .
If your battery doesn't charge even with other charger of the same company then the problem is with your battery.If you are a nokia user ,here is the price list of all nokia batteries.

6300 charger not suported jumper

you need to take the phone and have the mainboard tested the connectors for the charger may need to be cleaned or service;.

There may be problem in mother board... Remove the panel of your mobile and clean it... If this doesn't work then therre might be some open connection on the mother board... This will be done by the nokia care people and don't take advance to correct it... Good luck...
