Hi! Here are the things you can do to troubleshoot this issue: 1. Try to plug the charger to other Nokia phone. If it gives you the same error it means the charger is faulty.2. When your phone shows charging not supported. First, you need to try a another battery on the phone, if it says the same thing, then try to use another charger, and if it shows the same thing, then you need to fix the charging port of the phone.
Before you do that, test, your battery and charger on another phone to see what happens, if they both work fine, then you need to fix the charging port of the phone.
firstly you have to repair your mobile charger place. if your problem remain then you have to remove your battery from mobile and charged battery with universal charger.

There may be problem in mother board... Remove the panel of your mobile and clean it... If this doesn't work then therre might be some open connection on the mother board... This will be done by the nokia care people and don't take advance to correct it... Good luck...
