Hasbro rc millenium falcon straight out of the box. (#19647) The bottom plastic rotor blades flex in operation (assume this is normal) and seriously foul the spoke-frame. So it clatters and rattles and goes no where. I wonder, if during assembly the differently-sized tube spacers, sleeved over the spindle, were put in the wrong order, otherwise it looks correctly assembled. (Very disappointed 8yo boy on Xmas day)

Generic problem for all Vacuums
Rainbow d4se assembly
How to assemble correct movable fan gen., middle fan spacer, rexair d4 lower stage fan and so on? Which side goes first?

I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
You can change the fans on the RexAir / Rainbow vacuum but sometimes that is only a temporary fix, the fans would be new but the rest of the motor may burn out sooner with the added load to the motor and sometimes it is more cost efficient to replace the motor than to repair it and have it break down or burn up the motor, as far as the spacing
You can refer to the nearest vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages or call the RexAir/Rainbow factory for a schematic of the breakdown of the motor, and you can also cal the factory or check the website and download the owners manual from the website.

SOURCE: Replacing rear disk rotors on 2003 Mercedes E320

Generally when you remove the caliper assembly the rotor slides over the hub assembly. Since I have not done a brake job on this particular model, it may possibly be held in place by the hub nut. Remove the caliper assembly first in order to be sure. I could only find two diagrams for the brake assembly for the E320, neither one had the size of the nut or allan bolt. The easiest way to get the size is to measure from one flat area directly across to the other flat area this will give you the size for the socket and allan wrench needed. If in the US, keep in mind that this is in a metric measurement, so it will calculate to millimeters, which makes it much easier to measure than the American standard. Also, if you do have to remove the hub nuts, they will not have to be replaced unless you scar the threads or round the corners.

SOURCE: Waring blender - new blade

You can call Waring and they can send you a parts breakdown showing the order the parts need to be in. If you still have problems they can go over the assembly with you on the phone or direct you to a service center near you to help.

Millenium Falcon stopped working after rotors encountered obstacle.

I'm thinking a lot of Falcons got stopped on a lot of obstacles... because driving the '64 Sprint was pretty hot (in its' day)... but as to rotors...

You must be talking the drones (no/yes?)
There don't seem to be parts available... SADLY.

Back to the Ford FALCON... later Mustang parts were interchangeable... but.. (spoke spinner hub-caps fit... if that helps.
I'm pretty positive it had drums (factory... production).

Bought Nano Hercules RC Helicopter. Flew it once and now lower rotor won't turn. Tried to call World Tech

I, too, have the Nano RC heli. Mine spins and spins faster if I try and take off.
Yours is a relatively easy fix. There are SCREWS under the rotor blades on the bottom. Tighten those.

Where do I insert the batteries on the star wars millenium falcon toy?

Locate the turrent on the top center. Just behind it is the On/Off switch. Behind it are 6 black, round engine-looking pods. That is the top cover. There are two tabs right behind the On/Off switch you push back on to remove the cover. Grab your screwdriver and remove the battery door. Uses 3 "AA" batteries.

Exceed Rc 2.4 Ghz WarHawk 300 RTF Co-Axial Airwolf replacement of main rotor gear. Do I drop motor out of fuselage by removing bottom blades?

In order to get at the main rotor gears, you'll have to remove both sets of rotor blades and drop the chassis. After removing the battery cage you should be able to access the two main gears. You don't need to remove the motors, but if you need to access the main gear for the lower-rotor, further dis-assembly is required. I think there's a link to a dis-assembly video for the Exceed models on rcdiscuss

How do you remove and replace the main rotor on the Havoc Stinger? I wasn't able to find a replacement blade for this specific model. Will the replacement blade for the Havoc heli work. Mine is clear not...

I just experience breaking my 1st main rotor and replaced it.
What you need are a pair of needle nose pliers and a hair dryer.
Put the hair dryer on "HOT" and blow on the rotor plastic shaft for
about 1 minute. Then take the needle nose pliers, lightly clamp
them on the plastic shaft and lift. It should slide off the metal shaft.
Next I took the hair dryer again and heated the replacement rotor
shaft for about 1 minute and pushed in on the metal shaft with my fingers.
Hope this helps.

Hi. I bought an AMT Millenium Falcon model kit

Hi Robert, I think I can help. I recently found this site with a lot of information about star wars model kit.
Go to this link about the AMT Millenium Falcon Cut-away version
http://www.starwarsmodels.com/mfca.html
There is a download link to the right which contains the original instructions. Even if you don't have the cut-away version I'm sure this will help!
