You mentioned it will not play or you cannot hear Audio From it from your BB?

Hi, Motorola H700 Bluetooth headset is a basic Blutooth headset that can be synced, or paired, with any Bluetooth-capable cell phone. Something unique about this phone is its retractable microphone, otherwise known as the headset's "boom." You can send and receive phone calls hands-free and wirelessly with your contacts using your H700 headset, in one touch of a button.
instructions
Press and hold the "Call" button on the headset for four to five seconds until the LED light glows purple.
Flip open the headset "boom."
Set your phone into "discovery" or "pairing" mode. Open the Bluetooth settings or options on your phone and choose to add a new device.
Select the "H700" on the phone when it finishes searching for Bluetooth devices.
Enter the passkey for the headset, which is "0000," to finish syncing the headset with your phone.

Then go back to your Blackberry and have it search out the headset. When it finds it, connect.

Headsets don't be synchronised, as syncing means to update to devices with each other.
Bluetooth headsets are paired. Pairing means that both Bluetooth devices recognize each other and trust each other, so you do not need to provide any type of confirmation.
So, follow the phone's manual to see how to switch on the Bluetooth and make it visible. Now, there must be an option like make a new paired device. Consult your manual for this. The phone will search for a deivce and they will be paired.
You can even pair a PC and phone, phone and phone and every kind of Bluetooth enabled devices.
Do you have the Jabra bluetooth part that goes into your computer? You have to go to your phone settings under bluetooth and make it sync up. Your phone will sync, not your headset. You are trying to sync the wrong thing.
