Sir i have micromax q5 mobile when i install the pc suit then installdrv64.exe error found i. now the time i have use windows xp sp2..... plz give me how to use micromax q5 pc suite

The installdrv64.exe error indicates that the computer is installed with 32 bit Windows XP SP2 Operating System. Please unplug the Cellphone and re-install the PC Suite but do not install "installdrv64.exe" file as it is for 64 bit Windows XP Operating System. Now restart the computer and try connecting the Cellphone it should work now.

Windows xp home addition V2002 SP2 gphone.exe not found

The very first thing we do is to solve your problem about the start-up error. For your information, your operating system was corrupt that is why there is prompt error message appear in the windows start-up. The best thing here to do is to start your computer in safe mode and this can be done by pressing F8 key until a operating system menu will appear. Select Safemode and wait until you get into the User Account Login screen. Enter to your account and then restore your computer to an earlier time. Go to All Programs - Accesories - System Tools - and then select System Restore.
But if this procedure failed, the only last thing should be done is to reinstall your computer operating system. Leave comments for further assistants. okay..

Dll driving me nuts

Hello EricS777

The part where it looks like your xp stuff and vista stuff switch drives is normal. Only the Operating System associates the hard drives by letters this does not mean your hard drive files are switching. This happens because D: drive is Root of Vista OS and Root of any OS in windows gets the C: drive lettering.

dwwin.exe, drwtsn.exe dll is the "Microsoft Application Error Reporting" tool.

I think the message means that something is crashing during system shutdown. When the crash occurs the OS launches dwwin.exe to report the error, however the windows operating system is shutting down and so the application can't launch make the system lockup or hang.

Your problem isn't with dwwin.exe, you need to find out what is actually crashing at shutdown.

If you can`t find out what it is, try going to Administrative Tools/Services and disable the “Error Reporting Service”. You don`t want that running anyway.

Also right click My Computer/Properties/Advanced/Error Reporting
Put a check at both
Disable Error Reporting
But notify me when critical errors occur

Then, if that was the cause and the message stops, we`ll have to try to identify the cause.

My computer Desktop is not running.

Hi hichris_4u

You should be able to replace the Explorer.exe. Type in the command prompt expand C:\I386\explorer.ex_ %systemroot%\explorer.exe This will expand a new copy to the windows directory.

You should also download a new version of SP2 and reinstall it. You also could download a clean copy of SP2 Click the Download button. The file is 266MB. Create a folder on the C:\ root called SP2 and download it there. Create another folder called SP2 files now at a command prompt type C:\SP2\WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe /x it’ll ask you to specify an directory so point it to the SP2 Files folder and let it extract there. Now type in the command prompt expand C:\SP2 Files\I386\explorer.ex_ %systemroot%\explorer.exe to expand a new copy to the windows directory.

If you get an error on destination, try expand C:\SP2 Files\I386\explorer.ex_ c:\windows\explorer.exe

If you expanding fron the I386 from the C:\ root try expand C:\I386\explorer.ex_ c:\windows\explorer.exe

If all fails, try and download SP2 onto another machine and then burn it to a CD for install.

Good Luck,

Mark
