Cant hear sound laptop

Check if the sound is muted. You can also check the driver if it is outdated. You can use RadarSync to check. You just press on scan and it will do the thing for you. The scan is free but the update (automatic) needs you to subscribe for a minimal fee.

Cant hear my sound on my laptop

You have just about answered your own problem. If you can hear sound on other computers and also on TV, then the camera is sending out sound. You should be downloading the video to your laptop with a USB cable. Make sure that you use the same cable on your laptop that you used to download on other computers. In the worst case you could get a card reader with USB and remove your memory chip from the camera and load it into the Card reader. That should solve the sound loss. I have also seen a laptop that would make sound when windows opened up but would not play a music CD. You might want to test your laptop with a music cd before you buy anything!
