Rinnai is buzzing and reads 130 LC

Sorry to read about your problem, I hope this helps you out.
The 130 is your temp setting

Scale Build-up in Heat Exchanger (when checking maintenance code history, "00" is substituted for "LC")
Flush heat exchanger. Refer to instructions in manual. Replace heat exchanger. NOTE: The LC code is the only code that will allow the unit to keep running.

The display will alternate between the LC code and the temperature setting.

The controller will continue to beep. The LC code will reset if power is turned off and then on.

Lost instructions. How do you change value of tax

The c1, c2, & c3 are for exchange rates. To set the c2 exchange rate press AC. Press the MODE M/EX button till EXCH appears in the display. Press and hold the SET/% button for a few seconds until SET EXCH appears in the screen. Press c2, C2 SET EXCH RATE should be displayed. Enter the desired echange rate. For instance, today, Thai Baht is 32.8677. Once you enter your desired exchange rate, press the SET/% button.

To convert 100 dollars using the exchange rate you set on c2, make sure that EXCH is in the display by toggling the MODE M/EX button. Press AC, enter 100, press c1 then c2. Using 32.8677 as the exchange rate 100 dollars would be 3286.77 THB.

To convert 100 THB to dollars you would enter 100, then press c2 and then c1 yeilding 3.04 dollars.

You can also program a different exchange rate into the C3 button. To convert to that currency, you press c1 then c3. To convert from that currency, you press c3 then c1.

Hope that helps

When you use Exchange , your data is on the Exchange server. You will have to setup Exchange again. Then create a new profile and drag and drop your emails, folders etc. from the Exchange profile to the new profile. Afterwards you can delete the Exchange profile.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Once you set the tax rate & the exchange rate, how do you use it?

If you use the calculator to add up a list of purchased items and you get a total, all you need to do is then jit the tax+ key to add the tax to the total. The same applies to the exchange rate. Once you add up the total purchases, then hit the exchange rate key and it will convert the amount for you.
