Also make sure the TV is on and set to the correct HDMI input before using the Blu Ray.
It is also possible the TV does not support HDCP, if not, it will not work with the XBOX one Blu Ray. You may be able to use the Component (Red Green and Blue) cable though.
You want to hook it up to your xbox or your tv? If it is connected to your tv already just adjust tv/xbox audio settings. If your looking for a place to plug it into your xbox your out of luck. I don't think that can be done without some skilled craftsmanship.

If you connect your Xbox 360 console to a standard definition TV, follow these steps to set the Xbox 360 display settings to PAL 60 Hz:
Turn on the Xbox 360 console.
In the Xbox Dashboard, select System, and then press the A button.
Select Console Settings, and then press the A button.
Select Display, and then press the A button.
Select PAL settings, and then press the A button.
Select PAL-60, and then press the A button.
When you are prompted to keep these new settings, confirm the settings, and then press the A button.
Note Some older TVs do not support PAL 60 Hz. If you do not know whether your TV supports PAL 60 Hz, contact the manufacturer of your TV or see the owner's manual.
check that the wire coming from the xbox 360 elite to the tv is switched to hd, and the other end of the wire has the red and white for the sound pluged into the tv and that the red green and blue wires are pluged into the tv. also check to see if the hdmi cable to conected to the tv and xbox 360 elite.
Your xbox live membership may have run out. i had the same problem yesterday as mine had expired. The automatic renewal had not taken place as my credit card details were out of date.
