My HP laser jet P2015dn stopped printing in the middle of a 137 pp Tjob. Press the reset button. Now the printer says it has "Insufficient Memory". There are no other jobs in the spool. What do I do. Tel # 850-496-0700 email [email protected] Thank you for your assistance.

indicate paper jam light but not paper jam in it , some times it it works what shall i do

click on start and click on control panel/settings
click on printers and faxes.
right click your printer icon and then select pause printing.

There is not wireless netwrok card is HP LJ P2015dn, However as i can understand you r using External Wireless Router or Wireless network or jet-direct card if u r able to work fine on USB than printer printing mechanism is working fine.
If u connect the printer via wired network connection and it keeps on loosing IP address than it may be problem with onboard network card of the printer.
If printer keeps on loosing IP Address than try upgrading the firmware of the printer.
To check the firmware and IP Address of the printer print a configuration page by pressing and holding down green button for 6 to 7 seconds

Please perform the following:
If the printer is connected via network, unplug the network cable and perform cold reset.

Cold reset A cold reset changes most system parameters in NVRAM to the factory defaults. However, unlike NVRAM initialization, a cold reset does not reset the page count, the paper tray sizes, language, or formatter number.
A cold reset also resets all the HP Jetdirect settings as well as the printer settings. Use the following procedure to perform a cold reset.

1. Turn off the printer.
   
2. Press and hold the Go button.
   
3. Turn the printer on, and continue to hold the Go button for at least 5 seconds, but not longer than 15 seconds. During this process, the Attention LED turns on.
   
4. Release the Go button.
   If both the Attention and the Ready LEDs turn on before you release the Go button, you must start the procedure again with step 1.

The printer's LEDs begin cycling. The cold-reset process runs until completion, and the printer returns to the ready state.


Then uninstall / delete the previous drivers and install the drivers from the following link:
