Go to remove the Mic...................go to service care.....

It may be mic problem in your mobile .
you can test whether mic is working or not with the help of menu that appear by pressing following keys

> * < < * < *
> means press joystick or arrow keys to right
< means press joystick or arrow keys to left
1. push joy stick to RIGHT once
2. press *
3. push joy stick to LEFT twice
4. press *
5. push joy stick to LEFT once
6. press *

you will get a service test menu in that select microphone option to test it

Dear, its ur mic problem,claim ur warranty if ur fone is in warranty or u hav to to some certified mobile fone repairer to change ur mic.its not very expensive mic is very cheap so don't worry.

It seems that the mic is disconnected from the rest of the circuit. Solder it after a careful check.

just take it to the shop you got it from and they will stick a new one in if that fails you can buy the mics from ebay.com and they are easy to install jus take it apart and wack some solder on the back of the mic and plant it on the red circle at the lower end of your board:)
