The wash is on for far to long! the water will not go out of the drum just keeps washing around 5 hours. tried restarting a few times. please help. mike

Hi tryed that but dident work .then tested the pipe from the filter to the tap .yes it was blocked, yuk so much mess.after i cleaned the pipe it worked fine. to see if the pipe was clear i put my mouth to the pump end and blew.no air went through so i knew it was the pipe from the pump to the waste system.

Probably due to not draining.
there is a filter in the system which you need to remove and clean. possible also that you have a foreign object jamming the pump.
take the back panel at the bottom of the machine off.
you will see a large diameter hose going from the bottom of the tub to the pump.remove this hose at the tub end. lots of water will come out so make sure none goes on the motor. the filter is inside this hose. take out and clean
