They might have blocked you. if its only that one number, and only that one carrier you can try to contact that carrier their tower could be down. also some phones have a text block feature especially nokia! call the person whos phone is not accepting the messages and make sure they can recive from other people as well and that its just yours that are blocked. i hope this helps!
