My rc car stopped working after 3 mins of play time. i put new batteries in and still not working. my son got it for christmas. there is a paper that says if u have problems go to support@toys 1628.com but cant find website

I had the same trouble this morning, I used the screwdriver that is supplied and removed the right side of the body. I found the gear on the motor shaft had slipped up the shaft and was not meshing with the bottom rotor gear. slide the motor gear down into postion, and install the right side of the body.
