Dvd recorder Did you ever fix your problem of changing dvd1 to dvd3!

Hi there! No!! I have not solved this problem. I have done everything from following the Manual Instructions on p.22, to unplugging the Recorder for several days and then plugging it back in with the hope that in would work, to finally, taking out the batteries of the Remote and pushing each of the buttons twice ...a suggestion that I found on the Internet. All of these solutions were supposed to return the Remote back to the default setting of DV3. Go figure! How are things going for you? I am sure that you have noticed that there are NO references for "technical support” anywhere in the Manual.  .... no e-mails or phone #'s. Any ideas where to go form here?  johnb
