Wwe have a pronto m41 mobility chair.the service indicator light is telling me its a right brake problem can i fix this and how. also the led lights are chasing left to right. i have to get this working please help

It means there is a fault. You count the number of times it flashes and that tells you the error.

There is a lever on both sides of the chair they are there to make it easy to push the chair without power. both sides need to be in brake mode in order for the chair to operate. If the levers are locked in brake mode then the motor wiring will need to be checked that it is plugged into the controller. A Tech may need to be contacted to help with this.

Lets make sure this is just the joystick lock mode. When you turn the chair on and it is in joystick lock mode all the battery level lights will chase across several times and then the joystick will turn off.
When you turn the chair on and you see the battery level lights chasing from right to left push and hold down the power button till the lights turn off. Only the first year that the M41 was made had this option.

If your M41 has the mark V controller that is seen pictured in the stock photo you provided, the 5 flash code is a left park brake fault.
1. Turn off the chair.
2.Disengage the left motor (levers are located in front under the seat) roll the chair back and forth and re-engage the left motor.
3. Engage the left motor.
4. Turn on chair.

If you happen to have the older Mark IV controller (has a toggle switch to turn on/off and three battery lights), the 5 flash code means the chair is receiving high or low voltage from the batteries. I would recommend having the batteries checked.

The yellow wrench is a diagnostic tool. How many times does it blink between pauses. Example might be 3 blinks then pause then 3 blinks then pause, over and over. Hoe many does your chair blink?

mad check the freewheel levers under the front of the seat on the base make sure that they are in the drive mode turn the chair on and you should be good to go. Have the power off move the levers back and forth and leave in the drive mode then turn the power on and you should see normal lights and operation Hope this helps

The service light indicates a problem. Count the number of flashes. ie flashes 4 times pauses flashes 4 times etc. If you have the owners manual the flash code section will tell you what the number of flashes mean: 3 flashes left motor 4 flashes right motor. You will have to contact a service company to repair the chair once you find out what flash code you have. If Medicare pirchaed the chair then they will pay for most of the repair cost. Check all of your connections to ensure nothing has come loose. Ensure your batteries are not damaged and fully charged and that the fuses are good. If a power chair has been stored for a while the charger may indicate a full charge but the batteries are full of oxidized crud instead of power and need to be replaced.
