FUJIFILM BC45W Rapid Travel Battery Charger Logo

Re: Battery Charger BC-45W I just purchased a Fuji JZ500 and the battery needed to be charged. When I plugged the charger into the power outlet, the indicator light (yellow) turned on but after a few minutes the light turns off. When do I know that the battery is fully charged? will the indicator light turn red?

Ok all mine had the same problem however problem has been solved! The power cord that plugs into the charger is a common cord you may have laying around the house. I switched the power cord to my charger and the dreaded blinking stopped! Its just a bad power cord to the charging unit! Hope this helps!

The lithium-ion battery is only enough for one day, needs to be recharged very often. Much better use a camera with regular AA batteries if you don't take pictures very often. The charger light turns off when the contact is bad. Try using a different outlet.

When I put the battery on the charger the light on the charger stays on for little awhile the it starts to blink, but when I try to use the battery it is not charged. So I am not sure if I need a new

Hi there! It sounds like you have our Linx stick vacuum or hand vacuum model. Plug only the charger into an outlet, the blue light on the charger should flash once. If the light on the charger flashes once then the charger is fine. Try resetting the battery by following these quick steps below.

1. Remove the battery from charger or cleaner
2. Unplug the charger
3. Insert the battery into the vacuum and turn the unit on for 30 seconds (even if it has no power)
4. Remove the battery
5. Plug the charger into an outlet, make sure the light on charger blinks blue once.
6. Insert battery into charger

The light should be a solid blue, indicating the battery reset worked. If so, allow the battery to charge for 3-4 hours, completely deplete battery on your next use and re-charge. If the light on the charger is still blinking, your battery will need to be replaced. I have included a link where you may go to purchase a replacement battery if needed. Hope this helps!

Battery wont charge

As in the first part of the manual is explained, when you have inserted the battery correct and you then plug in the charger, the charger light should go on. When the light is out, the battery is charged. When the light blinks, your battery is fault.
When the light does not go on, when you plug it in a power outlet, the battery is not inserted correct, or the contacts are dirty.
If you want to clean the contacts, please only use a dry cloth. Never us a sharp tool. It would damage the contacts bend repair.
Even when you plug in the charger, with a fully loaded battery, the light should go on for only a few moments.
Make sure the power outlet works normally. and the power cable is not defect.

Fuji jx520 wont charge

Your battery probably is in the wrong way.So take it out and look on the bottom of it.You will see 3 copper cubes.Next look in to the slot where the battery goes and you will see 3 metal wires. Now take your battery and carefully line up the copper slots with the metal wires. Then push the battery in and close the battery slot. And your done go plug it into your USB slot and you will see a white battery symbol and you will know that it is charging.
Simple fix for a simple problem.

WHEN PLUG IN BC-45W CHARGER WITH NP-50, LGHT NOT LIGHT UP

Scrape any dirt from the contats of both the battery and the charger.
Check the wires and plug for any loose connection.
If it charges normally apart from the light, then the fault is only with the light.

Can the BC-NH01 battery charger also charge AAA

In reality, yes. The AAA batteries are to short for the charger, so some fiddling is required. I'd recommend you buy a suitable multicharger instead.

Cant find out how to charge up the battery of my sony cybershot dig camera DSCW180 0578924

The camera should have come with a BC-CSG charger. Remove the battery from the camera and put it into the charger, and plug the charger into a wall outlet.
