Hi Jeff,

Not sure what you are trying to connect, This monitor is over 8 years old. It will only have a VGA connection and the power connector. If you are looking for a DVI connector, it does not have one.

The connections it does have would be on the bottom edge of the monitor.

Thanks for using Fixya.

Cant figure out where the power cord goes or even if it has one...

Hello,

There are several Mag monitors that use external AC adapters that plug into the VGA cable. Look on the blue connector and you should see the hole where the adapter plugs. The adapter is 12v 5 amp such as this one.

I connected my mag monitor to my emachines pc im trying to make the speakers work on the monitor so far no luck ////??? the monitor is a mag lt782s and the pc is a emachines t6410

You should have been provided with an audio cable when you purchased the monitor, it is a standard male to male 3.5mm cable, possibly with green ends on it. One end will plug into the monitor, the other will plug into the speaker port on your computer, usually colour coded green
hope this was helpful.

How do you connect a D-Link Dir-615 router to the internet

Plug in the AC adapter into the router.

Connect:

Cable-modem <-- Ethernet cable --> WAN port on router

OR

DSL-modem <-- Ethernet cable --> WAN port on router

Then, connect: network-port on your computer <-- Ethernet cable --> any LAN port on router

No internet connection...

Check your cable-connections:

AC power to the router.

Cable-modem <----> WAN-port on the router.
or
DSL-modem <----> WAN-port on the router.

LAN-port on the router <----> Ethernet port on your computer.

Windows 7 should show that you have obtained an IP-address,
starting with '192.168.' that was supplied by the router.

Note that some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) will require
that you tell them the MAC (Media Acccess Control) address
of the _ROUTER_ before the router will be able to connect,
through the ISP's services, to the Internet. Contact your ISP.

Dont know if I have the right cords specifically what is the connection process.

If you go to the Canon support site here you can downlod easy setup instructions. This page has some other manuals and user guides that may also be of use.
Here are the basic usb cable instructions:
Connect the USB Cable Correctly (i70 / i80 / iP90) Instructions to connect the USB Cable Correctly to the printer (i70 / i80 / iP90). Before connecting the cable
After confirming the printer and computer are turned off, connect them using the USB cable (sold separately).

Note: Below is an example of what a standard 'A to B' USB Cable looks like.

Note: If there are two or more USB ports in the computer, any available port may be used.

Any monitor should be plug n play. You can plug it in to a port on your computer and it will work.

Speaker sound

If your monitor has speakers built in, then you need to run a lead from your soundcard on the computer to a audio port on the monitor. It is normally hidden away near where the video cables etc plug in under the back of the monitor.

Hope that helps. =)
