Put two lug nuts back on but only half nut. Tak a 2x4x8 and hit the tire below the rim on the tire turn the tire and hit it again on the inside of the wheel knocking the wheel outward. the nuts will keep the wheel from flyen off, Before you replace it put Anti-seze on the lug nuts not much but a little is all it takes it will keep the nuts from seazing and also kepping the heat down while you put thim on or take it off.
Kick the wheel a few times or tap on it with a sledge hammer to break it loose. she should come right off.
The wheel is likely rusted in place or held there by dried mud/crud. Remembering that the truck is supported by a flimsy jack, smack the top of the tire with a small sledge hammer or rubber mallet -- it should pop loose.
