I recently used the password 1020000 to get into my administration programming. Now it won't work. It keeps say that the password is invalid. What should I do to get into the system?

The 9 option is not offered verbally but it exist. Press the 9 and then enter the 73738767793 at the Pswd prompt and answer the Reset pswd question with YES. The administrator password will be reset to default which is 120000 (2 digit extensions numbers), 1020000 (3 digit extension numbers), or 10020000 (4 digit extension numbers).

Follow this instructions to reset the Administrator password.

Press Feature 985 and dial 9 even though it is not listed as an option.

The display will show Pswd: dial 73738767793

The display will show Reset pswd? Press YES.

You should now be able to enter the default password.

2 digit extensions use 120000

3 digit extensions use 1020000

4 digit extensions use 10020000

To reset the administrator pasword, enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. The password should be defaulted to 0000. Then try Feature 983. if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your password is 1020000.

Try this:
Press "Feature 985" which will display the voicemail extension #. Dial 9, and you will be prompted for a password. Press "RESETSMPSWD". Then log in with the 1020000.

it's really simple.
enter Feature 985 then 9 and spell out RESETSMPSWD (73738767793) and then YES. That's it. it should go back to the original one. if your extension are 3 digits should be 1020000 and so on.
