When i put on my HTC P3300 phone, it **** up to windows mobile and then stop, it doesn't show the Today screen, so i cant access the phone.

this is the problem usually caused by viruswhich happens when you are receiving files from p.c or untrusted mobiles...... and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not tofunction,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest htc care,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed....

if you are using XP,install ACTIVE SYNC 4.5. if you are using VISTA or WINDOWS 7, no need any sync software. plug in the HTC to your laptop. right click on MY COMPUTER and select MANAGE. in the window that appears now, on the left hand side select DEVICE MANAGER. now on the right hand side see if you have any yellow colour icons. if YES,try to update the drivers. if nothing works out, try another PHONE to connect and use your phone to connect to another laptop. atleast this will give some idea as where the problem lies

Reset the device (do not release Power and voice speed dial) 

After a few seconds you are in bootloader state.

It looks like the phone software had been damaged. Try to do first a factory setting reset from phone setting menu.
If this does not fix it you can try downloading phone software update, probably this will sort it out.

I have the same problem with my p3300, i tried to flash a new rom from xda developers, but nothing..
i tried to change the battery, again the same problem...
could somone help us!?

you should delete your maihn theme then type htc black theme in google and go to freeware.com then you can download any of the one you want. or you can register online woth windows mobile using your hotmail depending on your sp
