Not a Peugeot expert, but it sounds like you are not keeping the radio memory alive when the key is off. Usually there is a circuit to the radio that is hot with the key off that keeps the memory for stations etc.
Sometimes this is the same circuit for interior lights or cig lighter.

The Peugeot Dealer can get the code from the Factory. All they need is the Vehicle ID number and the Serial number to the radio. Call Peugeot directly, if it's a "New" car, they"Will" take care of you! Hope this helps.

remove the radio and check the casing for the radio code. Most dealers fail to remove the sticker identifying the radio with the car when in stock. Failing this you will have to take the car to a Peugeot dealer where they will retrieve it from their database. Hope this helps...

It all depends on the actual MAKE and MODEL of your radio

There are many people on ebay who can decode the radio if you know the number on the side of it.

If it is a stock radio, you will have to phone your Peugeot dealer and give them your VIN or chassis number. They will then track your number through your Chassis number
