If you're having problem with the system's camera it is due to the OS upgrade. Upgrading to a different OS will wipe out all files and drivers if the method that was used is clean re-installation. You can resolved the issue by reinstalling the camera driver. If you're still looking for instructions on how to activate the camera please follow the steps below.

1. Try to download the camera driver here:

2. Once in the support download site, please go to the camera section.

3. Please make sure to download the driver that matches your operating system.

4. Now click on I agree then save the .exe file to your desktop.

5. After downloading, install the .exe file then restart your computer.

6. After restarting, press the FN+ESC button to activate the camera.
