The Amway website, athttp://www.amway.com/Shop/Search/SearchR... shows I Cook handles or knobs when the phrases, "Queen handles" or "Queen knobs" are entered in the search box at the top right corner of the site. Some people have posted on Facebook that they are still receiving handles or knobs as warranty items from Amway, as I understood the posts this evening.

Hi Maggie...
You can purchase replacement handles on amazon/ebay/aliepres etc... but personally I prefer amazon (fast and secure shipping, with affordable prices). So click here Amazon com cookware handles and pick one (which fits to your Amway Queen cookware). Anyway before order, contact the seller to be sure.
I hope it was helpful
enjoy

Can visionware go in oven

The short answer is YES!

In the 1990's Corning produced a series of Visions cookware, brown amber and cranberry colored glass-ceramic dishes and casseroles, that had the same basic properties of its white Pyroceram cookware. Visions cookware could go directly from freezer to hot oven to stove-top to the microwave oven to table to fridge to the broiler to the dishwasher, etc. Extreme temperature changes did not affect the very durable cookware, While many folks mistake Visions cookware for Pyrex bake-ware, they are not the same. Visions cookware was never issued in the forms (square pans, rectangle baking pans, loaf pans, pie pans, etc that clear glass Pyrex baking pans had been produced in for decades. In any case, Visions glass-ceramic cookware could go direct from the freezer to the hot oven - there would be NO DAMAGE to the cookware in such a practice. Visions glass-ceramic cookware also has markings to indicate usage. The majority of Visions cookware were of the "stove pot" design - stove top was intended from the start. However it is practical to let the food defrost first, or adjust the cooking time in order to create a better thoroughly cooked dish.

Yes, Visions cookware can be used in the oven! One caveat is that the pot lids are Pyrex which means that the pot lids can not be placed under the broiler (who does that anyway?), or under direct heat, or while hot on wet surfaces. The pot lids were meant to be pot lids - just like other Pyrex glass pot lids on most cookware.

Yes, Visions cookware can be used in the oven!

I have many cook essential cookware. And I love. But I have a pan that is peeling. I thought that this cookware was not supposed to peel. Isnt it supposed to have a lifetime warranty on it?

Hello ciharmon59,

Everything I can find show that all cook essential cookware has a limited lifetime warranty on it. There are many retailers QVC, Target, etc. I would find a local retailer and contact them to find out what you need to do inorder to warranty the item that is peeling.

Thank you for choosing FixYa.com

I have the cooks essentials cookware (2008) purchase from QVC & the coating is coming off. Can I have these replaced. and how do I start the process to return them?

Contact QVC directly. Most of what they sell is shoddy tat so they're pretty used to dealing with warranty claims.

I have a new induction cook top. When using for the first time I found an F or P appeared next to the element I was using. I have bought stainless steel cookware specifically to use. The user manual...

Stainless steel (or Aluminium) cookware will not normally work with an Induction cooker: Induction cooker need cookware that have a certain amount of metal especially at the bottom of the pot or pan.

An easy way to check if the cookware is suitable is to use a small (fridge) magnet: if it stick to the pot/pan then it is very likely that the pot/pan is suitable for induction 'magnetic' cooking!

Hope my small hint is of assistance and if so, vote accordigly!

Can I use an all aluminum cookware pot to cook pork in the oven?

Yes you can. The correlation between aluminum cookware and alzheimer's disease has not been specifically defined and the oven is not too hot for the aluminum pan on anything under 400.

Never the less, you might consider phasing out your aluminum cookware as there are plenty of other types that are less worrysome.

Bon apetit!

The handle is broken off

You can buy the door handle for less than $30 and you do not have to replace the whole door. This part is not too difficult to replace yourself if you know how to handle a simple tools.

GE Handle replacement

The handle is part number WB15X335 and you can find it online from several sources. You can replace the handle alone. You do have to remove the door inner panel to get to the handle screws.
