As a mobility tech you can log onto the Pride Service website and access the technical troubleshooting guides. There is a good one for the Celebrity X . If your company has a dealer account with Pride you can go on-line and request a log-in for tech/dealer access for illustrated parts breakdowns,parts ordering, service manuals and trouble-shooting guides etc. It may take 24 hours for the log-in approval but if you call in the AM they may be able to expedite your request. iPride and Pride service are very effective in providing all the information you will need.
