I have a St Dupont gold lighter which has a pattern of diagonal lines and small rectangles.
It doesn't work as it's been in the drawer for about 20 years!) No idea how old it is or whether it is solid gold or just plated.
There is a number on the botton which reads:8650B (or D) S
Could you possibly tell me it's value please?

To remove the back, you must first remove the leather strap. Between the lugs on the case, you will find 2 small screws. Remove these and the back will come off with ease.

There are numerous alarms built into the watch. Five, I think.
Push the MODE button until AL appears on the watch. At this point, all four rectangles should be blank or the left-most one will have CHIME in it, if your watch is chiming on the hour.
Push the EL button once. It should display the time with a hyphen and the number one. If the third rectangle has ALARM in it, then toggle it OFF using the ST/STP button. When it is clear, push the EL button once. It should display the time with a hyphen and the number two. If the third rectangle has ALARM in it, then toggle it OFF using the ST/STP button. When it is clear, push the EL button once again. Repeat until all five (I think) alarms are OFF.
