This is one of the mistake commonly done by many people. First you need to pair. Let me walk you through. First, the headset has to be switched to pairing mode which is done by holding the on button for a while even after the headset is switched on. Then the bluetooth headset light will remain on. You switch on the phone bluetooth, search new device. Then select it and press the option for pairing. Read the instructions which come on the phone display and select accordingly. It will ask for passcode which is usually four zeros. Then it will get paired ask you whether to connect. You select connect and you are done.

Go to this site, and it will walk you through each step to connect your
particular Jabra headset with your cellphone. Choose the headset, and
then at the next page, choose your phone. Moving your mouse over each

Turn off your Bluetooth device. After you are sure it’s off, hold the power button for around 30 seconds. Release the button and you should see the device start blinking. On your cell phone, enable the Bluetooth and in your options, search for a new device. The Jabra headset should appear in your device list now. Click on it and the two devices should auto pair without a passcode. If you are prompted for a passcode, try the default of 0000 or 1111

Hello. The jabra stone is one sweet device with a history of pairing problems. IT is capable of being paired with two phones at once but I suspect that yours is now in pairing limbo because of that. Do this. phone their techs, the number is here:
Phone:
1 (800) 327-2230 (U.S)
1 (800) 489-4199 (Canada)
They may have to talk you through a factory reset. Joe
