Paragon 8145-20 is a 240VAC (2 phase) timer. I doubt you will be able to find a 3 phase type timer.

I would suggest you use this timer as a control and purchase either contactors or relays rated to handle the 3 phase load.

    8140 series 240Volt wiring:http://www.uni-line.com/images/docs/refr...

Geno_3245 has supplied the wiring diagram for the 8140 series timer. This wiring diagram for the 8140 series is not rated for a 3 phase load. The 3 phase load will need a contactor that will be controlled by the timer.

Each timer has a contactor.
Timers can also control a contactor.
Which timer do you have?

1) If circuit breaker is not tripped or shorted, then timer clock motor has probably gone bad.

2) Some places still sell paragon timers, depending on model number.
But model number given is for 240Volt timer.

3) The clock motor is not available that I can find.
Paragon is no longer making the 4000 series timers or parts

4) Model number given does not match wiring terminals shown in manual.
4014 is DPST 240Volt timer with 4 wiring terminals labeled 1 2 3 4.

5) Paragon 4000 series timer with terminals 1 2 3 is 120Volt timer.

6) Replace 120Volt timer with Intermatic T101 indoor timer or T101R outdoor timer.
Crossover wiring:
Paragon terminal 1 goes to Intermatic terminal 1
Paragon terminal 2 goes to Intermatic terminal 2
Paragon terminals 3 goes to Intermatic terminal A

I need a set of trippers for a Paragon timer Model number 4001-00. Where can I get them. Thank you. My name is Jim Vivone

Google search for X2772 tripper and some places may still have them.

Paragon is no longer making timers and parts except defrost timers.
Paragon 4001-00 120Volt timer uses X2772 tripper:

Paragon 4001-00 crossover to Intermatic is T101 120Volt timer.

I need a three phase wiring diagram for 8145-20 model timer.

8145-20 240Volt Paragon timer is not 3-phase.
Clock motor is 240V.
You need a transformer to convert 3-phase to single phase 240V to operate timer.
Then timer outputs can control 3-phase power using 3-phase contactors
Contactor below is 3 phase with 240V coil

I have a model 7005 outdoor timer ,brand new but no instructions to proceed with settings .Can you help me?

72d1511.jpgParagon 7000
Paragon 7005 is a heavy duty 7-day mechanical timer that can handle 4 loads. It is DPST. One of two wiring diagrams applies to this timer:
1d6e8ec.jpgThe question is the the timer clock motor is 120V or 240V?

36b7dc9.jpgParagon EC 7000 is a 7-day digital timer with 16 set points per week
Manual for EC7000

Please re-post your questions as you start sorting out which timer you have.
Paragon is improving their site so there is less confusion over model numbers and functions. but information about the 7000 are still sketchy.

I have a paragon timer model 4004-20 and do not have a wiring digram for it . can you help

http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

I don't find the Paragon 4004-20 listed in manual.
4004-71 is shown, and uses wiring diagram 3
4004-71B, M, S use wiring diagram 4
4004-06 uses wiring diagram 7
Your timer sounds like a 240V DPST
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Paragon-4000-24hr-7000-7day.pdf

Manual shows wiring diagrams, depending on how many screw terminals and loads you have, and voltage of clock motor and voltage of load.

I have installed 3 paragon timers and this is the first to give me trouble. When the defrost cycle started it did cut off but the timer was stuck on defrost. Many techs have done strange things to the...

You need someone to come in and trace the wiring if you cannot figure it out. You said you had the Paragon wiring diagram already, if not the link below can be used.

http://www.uni-line.com/images/docs/refrigeration-8140series-wiring.jpg

This defrost time can be used for both hot gas and electric heater defrosting so check to see which defrost type is being used.
