Depending on what code it is asking you to enter - it is likely that when your internet was reconnected that your received a new IP address. If that is the case it is probably a security measure to make sure nobody else (aka somebody at a different location - who would have to have a different IP address) hasn't stolen your account details or is trying to use your account without your permission,

You have to download Netflicks like you did with the first Wii. Go to the store, search Netflicks, then download it on the Wii.

all u need is a ethernet cable run it from your modem to the back of your ps3
