Hi there my tv has a power swivel on it and when it stopped working all my other tv functions have been disabled too. The only thing that I can do is turn the tv off/on last channel and volume. I spoke to Hitachi Canada and they were going to send a fix but I cannot get to the menu to right the tv

There is a power button on the front and a "main" power button underneath the front panel. Pushing the main power button should reset it.

Try hard reset, Please unplug the tv cables and power cables for 30 min and redo the cable and check its working ....

I had exactly the same problem. I finally found the power button on the underside of the TV. It is well hidden and to find it, you need to run your fingers underneath the panel. Turn it off for a minute or so and turn it back on and then turn on the switch on the panel on the upper right side where the channel and volume buttons are. It works.
