My ge electric range keeps on beeping f2

The F2 error code means: For an unknown reason, the oven temperature has exceeded a preset threshold.

This is GE's recommendation:
Before Calling Service, you can try the following...

Sometimes shutting off the circuit breaker that the range or oven is connected to for 30 seconds will clear the fault, error or function code, however there are some cases when further service may be required. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment on-line.

GE does recommend turning the range or oven off at the breaker until you have it serviced. It is okay to cycle the breaker and turn the range or oven back on long enough to use the surface units. Be sure to turn the range or oven off at the breaker again when you have finished.

Controlpanel flashes f 3

You have a faulty keypad. You could probably special order this part from a local appliance parts supply store for 50-60$ or purchase a new microwave.

F2 and F3 code appearing along with annoying beeping

i think f3 error code has something to do with the temp probe maybe it is the problem. the temp probe is located if you open the door directly in the back wall. it looks like a prong. should read 1100ohms the f2 error code though usually has something to do with the keypad i would check all the connections maybe they are loose.
