First check the labtec website to see if they have a Windows 7 driver for it. If not, it might be that Windows 7 supports the webcam directly, but I guess you have tried that. Last option is to look for a compatible webcam driver for Windows 7 which is not from Labtec. This is possible since Labtec uses third party webcam components. Try using a driver finder application for that.
Go to driverguide.com and search for your drivers. Its' free, but I'd suggest you register with the site. I've used it several times and when possible I uploaded drivers that others were looking for.
WRONG .... i wish people did research before thinking they know everything ....... and its not Vista more of Labtec, with certain old usb labtec cams, they decided to stop all support on them, there fore the latest drivers from labtec for vista may mean it wont work. There are ways around it but u need to be lucky and find drivers which are version 6 or below first for it to work.
