you shouldn't be able to hear your modulation anyway,unless you have talkback. If you can't hear to well get a mono set of head phones or turn your radio volume up.
Follow these steps;
1. go to your camera setting.
2.look up for the dimension(BEST RESOLUTION) of the pictures that can be snapped in LANDSCAPE mode.
3. search wallpapers of that dimension in order to fit the maximum of your screen and set as wallpaper.
4.problem solved.

i have to refer you to the users manual -- i am sure its an easy fix -- have you tried reading the manual and locating a mute biutton or switch to take you from audible to head phone set ?

You can't initialize the FM radio without the handsfree attached because the phone uses the handsfree wire as an antenna. You can achieve this by building a special snap on to the phone that activates the pins on the port on the bottom of the phone...but it would be pointless since without the handsfree there would be no reception meaning you won't hear anything...just lot's of static.
