I think you need to enter the bios. when the system boots look for the message to enter the bios or setup . it might be "del" you need to do it before the message disappears and sometimes the message does not appear for long, inside the bios setup you should be able to disable password requirement.

Locate and download a program called
"OPHCRACK"
Insert disc and restart computer:
Set
your bios to start from the CD:
Just press F8 or whatever
the screen says for the BIOS settings and/or options..
Set the
boot option order to CD first rather than second or third.
The
program will run and it will start to recover the passwords(s)
