Prg3601p oven Hi my jenn air prg3601p oven is weither slow to turn on or doesnt turn on at all but the broiler does turn on - please advise thanks

I also have this problem Ihave replaced the igniter twice this helps some for a while  I AM GETTNG READY to order my third one. had dealer replace once they had no answer cut lighting time from fifteen to twenty minutes to maybe five

Broiler does not light....Put in new ignitor; still not working. Checked orfice to make sure its LP and not Natural gas. Its number is #56...Is this correct for LP?
The Jenn-Air Broiler LP broiler orifice is part number: AP4091112. A picture of the part is here: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/Appliance-Parts/whirlpool-orifice--broiler--lp--item-number-ap4091112.aspx . (To me the number looks like 65 to me. The natural gas version is number 47.)

Check the current draw at the igniter. (The meter must be in series with the igniter. I know the bake igniter needs to be above 3.2A.) Other possible causes of the problem are a selector switch problem or the glow bar. (These are things to check if the oven works.)

Gas oven doesn't work. Broiler does.
Hello - Most likely failed lower burner ignitor. Tests good if above 4ohms. Part is 40$. Can give replacement instructions if needed. Let me know if this helps. Thanks. -ED

Sounds like a welded relay on the control board. You can replace the board or have the board repaired for much less expense.

F2 code
F-2 error for jenn-air means the oven is to hot, it could be the oven temperature sensor is faulty, or the relay board.

HI thanks for the question. you can by pass the clock so the oven will work without the timer. call a tech near you, and ask them to by pass the timer. if i could get the wiring diagram, i could tell you how . its a simple thing to do. thanks the appliance doc. please rate my answer.thanks
