hi tracey, 5102 is a main motor failure, it is possible for there to be paper jammed tight in the fuser unit, if not this will pretty much be guaranteed to be the main motor

First Are informing the copier of the proper paper weight
? The paper weight is on the outer wrapping of the paper such as 75 g/m2 or 90 g/m2 etc. did you tell the machine that? Did you select the same weight when you sent the print job over to the machine in your print properties/perferencies ? They have to match! Check the orientation of the paper also ensue they match landscape or portrait? they have to match in the computer also.

C-0F36 on the bizhub C350 means the machine has registered a really low toner density in the Black
Imaging Unit. I'd take the unit out, give it a shake and pop it back in. Also worth checking you have some Black Toner in it.Or in case You Still Having Konica Printer Problem Then Follow Us For On: Konica Printer Support

Hi this error is a laser malfunction withe the yellow assembly you will need to change the yellow print head unit what you can do is take out the print head unit assembly swap the yellow print head unit with the cyan unit then you should get error c-4552 then you know the unit is faulty
this will fix your issue

Turn OFF sorting and/or grouping in the finishing tab.
