Two problems:
1) Fan keeps running
2) Can't connect to my printer, was working fine then just stopped working, shows offline when I go to printer/connections.
1.The fan should run as long as the laptop is on to keep your laptop's internal components cool. 2.Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver

pull the connection of the fan switch sender unit in the head (2 wires in a square looking plug) probably next to the temperature gauge sender unit. If pulling the plug stops the fan then the problem will most likely be in that switch keeping the ECM thinking that the engine is running hot.
Sounds like the compressor is shuting down on high heat. There could be a couple reasons for this. 1 Check that proper voltage is being supplied to compressor. 2 Freon level may be low. This would be a service call. 3 Bad or intermitent connection at thermostat. 4 Main contacts to compressor sticking, usually burnt or pitted.
The reverse switch on my Hampton Bay ceiling fan didn't work. I cut the 6 wires; 1 white, 1 gray, 2 pink, 2 yellow. Here's what I did. Removed reverse switch. Had 6 wires white, gray, 2 yellow, 2 pink. Connected gray to yellow, connected white to pink and fan runs fine. Is this OK? I do not need to reverse fan. It's been running for 1 hour now with no problems. Don S.
The problem may be a bent fan blade. It can be hard to see, so look carefully. On my Belkin, something got through the fan grill and bent one blade just enough to stop the fan. By removing the bad blade it continued to run fine.
Hi,
There is not wireless netwrok card is HP LJ P2015dn, However as i can understand you r using External Wireless Router or Wireless network or jet-direct card if u r able to work fine on USB than printer printing mechanism is working fine.
If u connect the printer via wired network connection and it keeps on loosing IP address than it may be problem with onboard network card of the printer.
If printer keeps on loosing IP Address than try upgrading the firmware of the printer.
To check the firmware and IP Address of the printer print a configuration page by pressing and holding down green button for 6 to 7 seconds
