Hey Debbie, As per my research your refrigerator does not contain built in water filter. So there is no water filter installed in your refrigerator. But if your refrigerator is not dispensing the ice but it is dispensing water, then the most likely issue is with the Ice Maker. This is the model compatible part number for the Ice Maker: 4317943. but without a MODEL NUMBER one could only take a wild STAB in the be-wilderness.

You older generation twist tray... and heasted sweep tray
had TWO (2) adjusting screws immediately under the front cover
of the ICE-MAKER head...
Neither took much of a twist to SIGNIFICANTLY affect fill level... or change the TRIGGER temperature

resulting in SLOW DELIVERY... or FAST DELIVERY of hollow (partially frozen (under-done)) ice-cubes....

A really GREAT IDEA would be to get the OWNERS MANUAL... &
(ready)... ((drum-roll))....

READ IT.

Could not locate your model number. However, Check fill tube for icemaker inside the freezer. Iced solid? replace water valve. No ice in fill tube? Get correct model number and resubmit your request.

The problem is most likely your water control valve for the ice maker. There are 2 one for ice maker and the other is for the dispenser. Fill your ice maker with tap water. Let it freeze and if it dumps and does not refill then the water control valve part number 2188542 let me know if you need more help, Sea Breeze

check water valve for ice maker how old is the ice maker is more than 3 years then it might need replacement as well
