If water does go thru it...try white vinagar/water mixture about 1/2 cup vinagar to full tank water..
run cycles until empty...NO Kcups..then run full tank of clean water.....

My Keurig B60 is inconsistant in filling the cup. When I push the large cup to start brewing, it sometimes gives me 1/4 cup, 3/4 cup or a full cup.

I just bought my Keurig B60 new from a neighbor who bought it and used it once. She didn't like it becuase it didn't fill up her cup. I've had a single cup Keurig for years, but it finally stopped...

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

5. Power on machine.

6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage

7. Empty reservoir and fill with undiluted distilled white vinegar. Repeatedly run brewing cycle until Add Water light comes on.

8. Make sure Auto-OFF is NOT set and let last cycle of vinegar remain inside machine for 4 hours.

9. Refill reservoir with fresh water and repeatedly run brewing cycle until the water is clear and odorless.

10. Set Auto-OFF, if preferred.

MY b60 all of a sudden won't fill a full cup when it brews. I descaled it and it works just fine and fills the cup with water and no kcup in place. When I brew with the kcup it only half fills.what can I...

When I descaled my b60 I also used a paper clip to clean out a possibe clog in the little bottom drainage tube. The help I received suggested I also use the paper clip to check the top tube which I didn't know about. I did this and now it works fine...thanks for your help.

My Keurig is leaving a lot of coffee grounds in the cup

I found that the kcups were under pressure. When I insert the kcup, I press down on the cup to puncture the bottom of the cup then close it. Works fine now.

Keurig Special Edition B60

Hello,

I assume your coffe maker used to produce more coffee for each use. Roughly 6 ounces per large cup, and now is only making 3 oz. cups.

If your coffee maker is sputtering and not able to "suck" enough water to fill your cups of coffee it is most likely due to cavitation caused in the little pump due to a stoppage, which is most likely lime or scale buildup somewhere in the pump line.

To fix it, don't take your coffee maker apart. Get a bottle of distilled white vinegar, and pour it straight into the empty water resevoir. Press brew with no coffee pod so you are just running the vinegar through the system. Pour the vinegar out of the cup and back into the resevoir. Add some ice to cool it off. Repeat about 10 times. This should clear out the toughest lime scale clog.

After you notice the cups are filling full of water, Replace the vinegar with fresh water. Run about 5 or 6 cups of fresh water through the system to get rid of the vinegar.

Make coffee/tea/whatever.
