Suddenly my SanDisk Micro SD 2GB quit working. My LG VX8550 Chocolate Phone can't read the card and when I put it in the slot on my computer, computer does not recognize it as nothing happens. I've had this SanDisk Micro SD 2GB card for about 4 months. Any solutions?
Thanks, KG
The PIC or EEPROM inside these cards may not be working. I guess you best bet is to buy a new one try Kingston brand or go with another Sandisk.
I had this same issue added music to my card did a safe remove from my comp. placed in phone and it stated "No memory card inserted" and wont read in adapter in computer Im so Sad i lost all my pics/memories :( it just means that the Card is Fried (Burnt Out) no way to fix this their just like SIM cards In 3G phones and if the copper bars get scratched or bent just the slightest bit it kills the SD card.
It can be done by formmatting the memory card.just format it and it will work automatically.
Never by a sandisk again, they always burn and they are **** get a kingston or even better, a SONY
I inserted my 2GB SD card into the microSD/TransFlash adapter into my laptop port slot.. and nothing happend.. simply not working..
what should I do ?

I woke up one morning, and my 2GB microSD memory card was not showing in my HTC 6800, nor would any out of three computers in my house read it. two phones and three computers did not display it.
I have a 1gb, purchased just over 6 months ago, and today when I added new music to it from the computer, then replaced it in the phone, neither the phone nor the computer would recognize the card.
How do I get my computer to recognize my SanDisk card
inserted into the slot for it?
