When you say; divert to another extension do you mean an answering machine or similar device. The ring count is controlled by the setting on that device and it's either a mechanical switch or a software setting. Thanks. Jer

I believe you push the CO button, of the call you want to keep! (you have to remember which call is which!!

If you have a flash button, you would use that to place the first call on hold and dial or answer a second call. If this is a single line phone in your home, you would have to have "Three Way Calling" feature with your local phone company. If you do, you could ask them what the dialable feature code is. It's possible they allow you to use your flash button, get dial tone and dial another person, when they answer, flash again to conference. If you don't have a flash button, they you would be using your Green or Off Hook button that you use to get your dial tone.

If it's a Panasonic brand voice mail, you administer the system from the System Owner's mailbox (999). With that, you can use option 4 or 5 and reset the mailbox password to any and all mailboxes (except 999 :-)
