My cell phone stopped working a couple of hours ago....there was no water involved, it didn't fell or I did not have any problems with it before, it just stopped working.
When I try to turn it on it appears this on the screen:

My Razr is showing the same code, but it also will not charge. I can put my battery in someone else's Razr and it will charge, but not in mine...Chronologically speaking, it stopped charginf for a few days then it charged the battery tonight, but as soon as I turned it on, I got this critical error code... Hopefully this will work for you. Go to your cell phone provider and ask them for a 3G Sim card. To my knowledge all V3XX are 3G. I discovered that my service provider had 3G SIM cards after I purchased my husband a v3xx and he had problems with his service. I was told by the service technician when I called for help to try the 3G and it made the difference for my husbands v3XX. I am not certain this will fix your issues but it is always best to use an item t hat has been made special for that phone type... Meaning 3G.... I hope it works. I don't know if it will cost you anything or not. In my state they do not charge for SIM cards. But I have heard that some other states charge around $20 for a SIM card.
If it turned on again, retrieve all your files saved on your phone drives. I had this problem and i let it worsen to the point were i couldn't even turn it on at all. But if it doesn't turn on again. Then take it to a specialist and have 'em take a look at it. Usually its broken, and can't be fixed.
Take the phone to a mobile service center to have them unlock it for a fee.,also you can also try online at www.mobile2mobile.net or www.unlockitow.com this unlocking process will take about 12-24hrs.
