The error code that you are experiencing is as follows; F2 73 IMPROPER TONER CARTRIDGE DETECTION (YELLOW)
You need to replace the yellow cartridge with the proper part # Item Number: MX 31NTYA, MX31NTYA.
The E7-03 error code means the HDD is not properly installed or is dead. You can check the connections on the HDD and the MFP Controll PWB. You can also use Simulation 62-2 and 62-3 to check the read/write of the hard drive.
Your copier is not accepting your black toner cartridge (F2-71 Cyan, F2-72 Magenta, F2-73 Yellow). It either is not inserted properly, the packing tab is not removed from the back, or a faulty cartridge. Often 3rd party cartridges that the manunfacturer "guarantees" will work will bring this code. In short, the copier is rejecting your black toner cartridge and you should replace it.
controller connection trouble if you are technical then power down the unit and unplug it ....remove rear cover and reseat all connectors....if you are not technical then call for local service rep....are you in the midwestern usa?
