Sir,, didn't get all drivers for my motherboard no is fc-gigabyte ga-k8n51gmf-9

Have you reseated them properly? Did you have the power connected still when you took them out and put them back in? If you had power still plugged in you have probably fried the ports.

none of the mixer lines are muted are they ?

If you double click on the speaker icon in the system tray or go to audio / sound in control panel and check in there.

Also have you got the speakers / headphones connected to the correct port ?

Compatible video card

Any PCI-E video card will work.
Since this is an AMD motherboard,
there is not the Intel "Sandy Bridge" problem,
where the video card uses up all of the PCI-E lanes.
(A Sand Bridge CPU has only 16 PCI-E lanes)
