I have a diplomat fan oven. I repalced the fan element about six months ago. everything worked fine, however in the past couple of weeks the motor has been running slowly and erratically. now something has blown altogether and the only thing that works is the led clock display. Im not sure if this is related to me replacing the element as everything was fine for such a long time.

Sounds like the fan motor has failed altogether, and as a result the oven element has probably blown again due to overheating of the element.A ew fan and element is more than likely going to be needed to correct the problem.

I have a Diplomat 3300, everything seems to be working but the oven is not getting hot, the grill works, the fan works, but the oven does not heat up.

there is an element that surrounds the fan at the back of the inside of the oven which is probably faulty

Frigidaire oven wont heat up but stovetop and digital all works

Hello angeleyez82 - The EOC (electronic oven control/control board) basically sends power to both the broil and bake elements. As long as the power supply to the range (240VAC) and wiring between the elements is correct, then typically only the element(s) or EOC could prevent the unit from heating. I hope this information helps to some degree.

Frigidaire oven

Yes, that sounds like a relay on the oven control board. Here is the part to order that has a 365 day, any part, any reason return policy so you may want to order from them.

I have a diplomat oven - i turned it on this afternoon and whilst the fan revolves there is no heat coming from it! i tried the grill and this works fine and heats up! what could the problem be pls??

It sounds like the oven element is blown and needs replacing. If the oven fan and the indicator light are coming on it will be the element or possibly a burnt off wire at the oven element terminals.

Hi I have a Diplomat elite single oven (AAA3490). When I put the oven on, it is not warming up. Everything else looks fine. Any advice would be appreciated

If you can hear the oven fan running but the oven is cold is is most likely to be the fan element at fault. If there is no obvious damage to the element it should be checked for continuity with a test meter.

Always isolate the appliance from the mains before investigating

Hi need a manual for a select 920 diplomat oven

I have a Hygena 920 twin oven and grill .The electrical element in the grill started to droop several months ago, now it has stopped working . the element has burnt through. Could this have caused a fire?
I should like to know if it is possible to get a spare element and fit it myself. What would be the cost of the element? Thanking you in anticipation.

Neff B1432 oven element and fan not working

If the element has failed again in such a short time , then I would suspect that the fan is the culprit.
If the fan is not working, then the element overheats, and burns itself out.
The fact that the fan spins freely, proves nothing, as the fan can be still faulty.
The only way to prove if the fan is faulty, is to remove the oven from the housing, and remove the rear outer panel of oven,.test with a meter set to ac mains and test the fan motor terminals to see if there is power there when oven is set to heat, disconnect the element first. ,if there is ,and the fan is not running then the motor is faulty..
If there is no voltage there, then problem is elsewhere, and you will have to investigate furher.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
